“ Liked their service and Egg menu Well maintained food truck Nice staffing Love their Sandwiches At times I feel more salt but not as complaint's Good to try for evening bites ”
“ We just left this place, tried everything we could and we all just loved it! From leela lasun keema to biryani, each & every item is amazing. Staff is cool, clean & amazing ambiance. Will Always visit when in town ”
“ Visited eggmania in Jersey city a few times a couple of years back and was happy to see a couple of the same items on the menu here (not sure if they are both related). The service was impeccable, extremely humble people with sense to service their customers well and it shows from the first interaction. Definite 5/5 for this. The place itself has some parking in the back behind the truck and they have a few tables under tent and additional standing space and board games and heaters for the cold winters. You order via a QR code and the food is brought out by the staff in under 10mins. Absolutely loved the Kathiawadi chai, it was not watered down like some of the other Indian places and had an amazing aroma to it and was sufficiently sweetened which balanced the masala chai. Now on to the food, I devoured the peri peri chicken sandwich, it was subtle in flavor and simple yet fulfilling. A bang for the buck. We also got the paneer volcano biryani, I wouldn't label it a biryani but it was flavored rice and was waaay too oily. ”
“ Stopped by for a date night without the kids on a random weekday. Very lovely setup with the little up igloo tent thingy and the cute colorful tables with games and deco. Food was good too! Tried the Peri Peri egg sandwich and the volcano biryani. Sandwich was great, with a good spice, and volcano biryani was interesting with a medley of eggs in different form lol. It was very different from anything else we've eaten outside. Service was good too, very friendly staff with a great welcoming smile. Overall vibe is good. Will return with kids one day! ”
“ My husband and I are on a mission to try all the food trucks in Sunnyvale, so when we drove by Eggmania recently, we knew we had to try it. As others have mentioned, they have the cutest igloo set up outside as well as heat lamps, fresh flowers, and games! We ordered the paneer roll and the jetty roll. Both were delicious and we actually liked the jetty roll a bit more, which we were surprised about! The jetty roll has eggs, some type of gravy, and other yummy things. The paneer roll has crumbled paneer in it with a nice dash of spice like the jetty. The guys working were sweet and turned the heater up more for us while we were waiting for our food. ”
“ Went here during lunch on a weekday. It was not busy at all. Me and my spouse had a relaxing delicious meal together. Menu choices are all scrumptious, with ample choices for vegetarians. We ordered Paneer roll and paneer peri peri sandwich. They were made fresh and came in nice and hot. Both had a good spice level so order accordingly. The hosts were very welcoming and served us timely. Kathiawadi chai there is also a must order. It went very well with the food combo. Seating is also nice comfortable. ”
“ This food truck is a hidden gem! The Volcano Biryani is a fiery masterpiece, with layers of flavors and a spicy kick. The fried rice and omelet base provide a comforting contrast. We also enjoyed the Peri Peri sandwich and the refreshing guava drink. The food truck itself has a cozy seating area and board games, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal." ”
“ Wow! I found Eggmania through a Yelp email blast featuring "Hot New Restaurants Near You". Eggs are my favorite protein and in our family we love Indian restaurants of all types and geographies. I'd been meaning to try a similarly egg-themed Indian restaurant in San Jose, but the Eggmania menu jumped out at me for all its egg-centric sandwich, wrap, rice, and curry options. For my first visit, I tried the Egg Peri Peri sandwich and the Egg Masala sandwich by going splitsies with my 14 y.o. son. We asked to dial back the spice level a bit, yet both, especially the Egg Peri Peri, still had a decent kick. Between the two, we both preferred the Egg Masala, which seemed to feature the egg more and was actually pretty darn awesome. I also grabbed a mango lassi for the road which is always a fave as well. The Eggmania setup is also interesting. Prateek, one of the owners, took my order. He has a tech job by day and moonlights at Eggmania. Eggmania is a franchise that started in New Jersey and now also has locations in Ontario (Canada), Massachusetts, Pennsylania, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and Texas. Prateek's local Eggmania operates out of a vacant lot with a food truck trailer, which only recently moved to this location. They are starting with the truck but I see a beautiful brick and mortar restaurant space in their future. Plus their setup with shade, seating and even fun board games, is pretty sweet. Prateek was really friendly, his passion for food and his business was unmistakable and I'm really rooting for him and his partners. Plus this isn't charity- like their story, their food is awesome. ”
“ Eggmania is a popular food truck in Sunnyvale, specializing in Indian street-style, egg themed dishes. It's located near other food trucks in the area (Everest Momo) and is close by the Indian grocery store, Apni Mandi. This business accepts Apple Pay as well. The owners are super nice and involved with their customer base. They were having a game night collaboration with owners of desi created board game group as a way to engage the community. The creators of the board games advertised and encouraged customers to play Desi Feud (a twist on family feud) and Raja Manthri Chor Siphai. Additionally, the food truck was well decorated and relatively neat inside. There's a few tables to eat on outdoors but are mostly used to play board games as well. Parking in the area is relatively easy as there's many lots nearby the food truck too. The food itself was flavorful and packed with heat. We ordered 2 popular dishes which were highly recommended by the owner and the chili guava beverage. The egg peri peri sandwich was an 8/10 - it was pressed well, there was a good ratio of filling to bread, and the flavor was balanced with the eggs. The Leela Lasun Keema wasn't my favorite but it is highly rated. The shredded egg curry was spicy, served with 3 buttery slices of toasted white walmart bread - I'd rate it a 5.5/10. The chili guava drink was refreshing and is comparable to hajmola flavored pani puri water. You get a free salted brownie bite by reviewing on Google/Yelp and 10% off your next order if you follow them on Insta. Overall, the vibe was good and was a great one-time experience in Sunnyvale since it was a little expensive for a food truck/the quantity of food. I'd recommend it to someone looking for an after work bite with their co-workers or someone new to the Bay Area looking to make desi friends. ”
